If you want to stay away from the crowds at the Library, then I suggest trying the Orem, Barnes & Noble's Story Time. They have a cute little reading stage, where they read 2 stories and then provide a coloring sheet with crayons and markers for you to color right there. My daughter loved it! (Especially since she is too young to use markers at home.)
